DIFFICULTIES DURING STUDIES

We recently posted a story on our INSTAGRAM page just to know about the problems which the students face while studying other than academic problems, so a lot of students shared different types of problems. We have categorized those problems as answering all questions would not be possible.

A VERY GOOD MORNING, VERY GOOD AFTERNOON OR A VERY GOOD EVENING whenever you are reading this. Now-a-days there are some problems which are being faced by students other than academic problems and it becomes difficult for them to study with their full concentration. A general QnA was held to know these problems as mentioned above. So today we are here to give the solution to those problems. Keep pace and continue reading.

Below are the problems faced by students with their respective solutions.

  • DISTRACTIONS DUE TO MOBILE PHONES:

Mobile phones are very helpful for students if used in limits, but excessive use of mobile phones can be harmful too. The solution to this problem is when you make your timetable just add some extra time to use mobile phone in that time table, also while studying turn the internet connection off and keep it in your almirah on silent mode. Still if you feel you want to use something on your mobile phone than take a rough sheet and write down whatever you want to use so that it won’t come into your mind again and again.

  • STRESS TO DO BETTER IN EXAMS:

A student weather studious or not is tensed during exam days and this stress resists students from concentrating. If you also face the same then follow the tips below:

1. Whenever you feel stressed take a deep breath and try to focus on studies.

2. If still you are not able to focus on studies then take a break and go for a walk or take a nap for half an hour.

3. Take extra care of your diet, avoid junk foods especially during exams days.

  • FEELING SLEEPY WHILE STUDYING:

It is obvious that a student feels sleepy while studying but it is not good for their studies. So if you feel sleepy while studying then just close your books, have a glass of water, walk for 5 minutes and do some stretching. Feeling sleepy can also be due to sleep deprivation, so to avoid feeling sleepy you also have to take a good sleep of at-least 7-8 hours. Good sleep means there should be complete silence, room should be completely dark and temperature of the room should be low.

  • NEED OF CONSTANT MOTIVATION:

Motivated students can perform well compared to de-motivated students so motivation also becomes equally important in your studies, there are many good YOUTUBERS who are motivational speakers and they guide well. Motivation should come within yourself but practically speaking there are only rare people who get motivated on their own so you need someone to motivate you all. You can also talk to your elders you have faced this problem earlier in life.
