TIME MANAGEMENT

MAKE YOUR TIME TABLE ON YOUR OWN.

A day has 24 hours only and that is equal for every living being, be it our PRIME MINISTER or be it A STUDENT or anyone, everyone has only 24 hours in a day. Then why some people finds that they are not able to complete their work in 24 hours and on the other hand there are some people who easily complete their work in less than 24 hours. So where’s the difference? Let’s try to understand the difference via a story.

There was a small village where lived two guys named RAM and SHYAM they both were working at the same place and they almost have similar works. One day their boss came and asked both of them that there is a presentation next month so you both have to prepare for that presentation. In the evening both RAM and SHYAM went to their home & took some rest. After some time RAM took a pen and paper and planned everything regarding the presentation meanwhile SHYAM had some snacks and went for a movie. Slowly-slowly time passes away after one week RAM had finished half of his work while SHYAM is yet to start his preparation. The next morning their boss asked both of them how’s the preparation going on? RAM said, “It’s going great sir.” While SHYAM said, “Sir three weeks are still remaining I will complete it in the remaining time.” Slowly the time passes and the last week was remaining for the presentation, RAM was happy as he had finished his preparation and SHYAM was tensed that how he’ll manage everything in the remaining one week. Somehow SHYAM prepared and they both gave the presentation. Based on their performance RAM got a promotion while SHYAM becomes his juniors.

So the main aim of this story was just to give you a message that if you plan everything and manage your time properly then you can achieve anything you want without any pressure, if you didn’t manage your time properly then you will not upgrade yourself and cannot achieve what you want.

A very Good Morning, Good Afternoon and a very Good Evening to all the readers. SCIENCE AND STUDENTS is going to talk about some tips and tricks on how one can manage his/her time properly without wasting and without pressurizing themselves. As you might have read that this article is on “TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS”. So sit back relax and keep reading with the pace.

Before starting the topic you all should know, why managing your time becomes important when you are preparing for an exam or in day to day life. A student preparing for any competitive exam always want to top that exam, a student very well knows how important it is to crack a exam for him/her, a student knows his/her strong and weak areas, he/she knows their major distractions but even after knowing the importance of that exam, majority of the students fails to get a good rank or even they didn’t clear the exam. So “WHAT COULD BE THE POSSIBLE REASON FOR THIS?” One possible reason can be that he/she hadn’t studied for the exam well and then they have to face failure. Other possible reason can be that even after knowing everything he/she couldn’t manage their time, couldn’t manage everything properly. So managing your time becomes equally important for everyone. Now the question arises “How to manage the time properly.” So there are few steps which you can follow to have a clear mindset about how much time is necessary for a certain work and how it will help you in your exam or your life. So first step is to make a list of everything that you have to do in your day (24 hours). Let’s take an example of a student preparing for competitive exam. I am mentioning some important things in the list, the list can vary from student to student. So a student have to go to school, attend their coaching, they have to take their breakfast, lunch, dinner, they also have to sleep properly they also have to do self-study and many more things. Now the next step is to prioritize the work, I am prioritizing on my own it can be changed for any student.

Number 01: Attending School and Coaching classes.

Number 02: Self-Study.

Number 03: Having breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Number 04: Having a good sleep.

There are also some things which most of the people ignore. What they do is they make a time-table like 12 A.M to 7 A.M they’ll sleep and from 7 A.M to 10 A.M they’ll study, but they don’t think that how can someone study just after waking up, some student don’t count the time they took to travel to their classes. So the time-table should be practical with proper breaks so that it doesn’t pressurize you.

Next thing is to know that there are some things you cannot change like if your school timings is morning 8’o clock then you cannot do anything about it you have to reach their at 8’o clock so what you can change is your sleeping time, the time when you have to take your food, the time when have to do self study. If you have more time to prepare for your exam then you can also plan that which chapters you’ll study in a particular day. But if you don’t have enough time to prepare for the exam you have to accept the fact that you cannot top that exam in less time as there are number of students who are preparing from the beginning. So you have to study just to crack that exam and get a decent rank, you have to skip some of the topics and study only the important topics, in case of competitive exams you can analyse the previous year’s question paper and make a list of important topics and plan accordingly.

So I hope this will help a lot of students. If it helped you in any ways then like and share this post to help others in building a great future ahead.
